    That the agenda for the regular meeting of Council scheduled for December 19, 2022, be amended by adding two new items of correspondence to agenda item E.5, and that the agenda, BE ADOPTED AS AMENDED.

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That the minutes of the regular Council meetings held November 28, 2022 and December 5, 2022, BE ADOPTED as read on this day and that such minutes as read set out all of the business before Council at those meetings and fully and properly record all of the resolutions and bylaws passed and adopted by Council at those meetings.

    1. Registration of Section 219 Covenant on the legal title of Lot B, District lot 4047, Cariboo District, Plan 20579, Except Plan 29887 that restricts symmetrical facades and secondary suites within two-unit housing.

    2. CONFIRMS the methods used to gather the views of potentially affected property owners were in accordance with the Liquor Control and Licensing Act and that the views of affected residents are as summarized in the minutes of the Council Meeting held on December 19, 2022; and
    3. SUPPORTS the approval of the Liquor License Application to increase the occupancy for Crossroads Brewing & Distillery and allow a season outdoor patio located at 508 George Street for the following reasons:

    This application is not expected to have a negative impact on the community or produce any significant negative land use impacts on adjacent properties.

  • RECOMMENDATION #1:

    That Council GIVES FIRST READING of “City of Prince George Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 8383, 2011, Amendment Bylaw No. 9319, 2022.”

  • RECOMMENDATION #2:

    That Council CONSIDERS “City of Prince George Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 8383, 2011, Amendment Bylaw No. 9319, 2022”, in conjunction with the current Financial Plan and confirm there are no issues.

  • RECOMMENDATION #3:

    That Council CONSIDERS “City of Prince George Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 8383, 2011, Amendment Bylaw No. 9319, 2022”, in conjunction with the current Regional District Solid Waste Management Plan and confirm there are no issues.

  • RECOMMENDATION #4:

    That Council CONSIDERS “City of Prince George Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 8383, 2011, Amendment Bylaw No. 9319, 2022”, in conjunction with the City of Prince George Strategic Framework for a Sustainable Prince George and confirm there are no issues.

  • RECOMMENDATION #5:

  • RECOMMENDATION #6:

    That Council APPROVES the following public consultation process to fulfill the requirements of Section 475 of the Local Government Act:
