    That the agenda for the regular meeting of Council scheduled for October 4, 2021, be amended by adding two (2) items of correspondence at agenda item D.10 and that the agenda, BE ADOPTED AS AMENDED.

    That the attached minutes of the regular Council meeting held September 20, 2021, be adopted as read on this day and that such minutes as read set out all of the business before Council at that meeting and fully and properly record all of the resolutions and bylaws passed and adopted by Council at that meeting.

  • RECOMMENDATION #1:

    That Council GIVES FIRST THREE READINGS to “City of Prince George Council Procedures Bylaw No. 8388, 2011, Amendment Bylaw No. 9250, 2021”.

  • RECOMMENDATION #2:

    That Council AUTHORIZES the continuance of the City Council Meeting Procedure changes regarding informal and formal public hearings, including telephone submissions referenced in the report dated September 22, 2021 from the Manager of Legislative Services titled “Proposed Amendments to the Council Procedures Bylaw”.

  • RECOMMENDATION #3:

    That Council, subject to final reading and adoption of “City of Prince George Council Procedures Bylaw No. 8388, 2011, Amendment Bylaw No. 9250, 2021”, APPROVES amendments to the Committees, Commissions, and Boards Procedure Manual, attached as Appendix “B” to the report dated September 22, 2021 from the Manager of Legislative Services titled “Proposed Amendments to the Council Procedures Bylaw”.

    1. APPROVES the City of Prince George entering into an operating agreement with FortisBC Energy Inc. in the form attached to the report dated September 24, 2021, from the Director of Finance, titled “FortisBC Energy Inc. Operating Agreement”; and
    2. AUTHORIZES the Mayor and Corporate Officer to execute the agreement and all documents necessary to complete the transaction.
