    That:

    2. Upon final reading and adoption of “City of Prince George Capital Project Budget Delegation of Authority Bylaw No. 9217, 2021”, that the Sustainable Finance Guidelines be amended to remove section 14.1.

    1. RESCINDS FIRST THREE READINGS of "City of Prince George Zoning Bylaw No. 7850, 2007, Amendment Bylaw No. 9123, 2020”;
    2. GIVES FIRST AND SECOND READING to “City of Prince George Zoning Bylaw No. 7850, 2007, Amendment Bylaw No. 9222, 2021”;
    3. WAIVES the requirements for a public hearing for proposed “City of Prince George Zoning Bylaw No. 7850, 2007, Amendment Bylaw No. 9222, 2021”, pursuant to Section 464(2) of the Local Government Act;
    4. PERMITS that consideration of Final Reading of proposed Bylaw No. 9222, 2021 BE WITHHELD until the following requirements have been met to the satisfaction of Administration:
      1. Registration of a Section 219 Covenant that prohibits “housing, apartment” as a principal use, and restricts symmetrical facades for the “housing, two-unit” use on the following lands:
        • District Lot 4051, Cariboo District, Except: Firstly; Plan B3724, Secondly; Plan 22731, Thirdly; Plan BCP4770, Fourthly; Plan BCP4772, Fifthly; Plan BCP20972; and

    THAT Council PRE-APPROVES a Temporary Expanded Service Area Authorization to permit the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch to issue, on application, liquor primary and manufacturer licensees a temporary expansion of their service areas until June 1, 2022, in accordance with Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch Policy Directive No. 21-09.
