    That Council DIRECTS Staff to submit a proposal to NCLGA, to host the 2026 NCLGA AGM & Convention in the City of Prince George.

  • RECOMMENDATION #2:

    That Council DIRECTS Staff to collaborate on a proposal that would potentially see the Regional District of Fraser Fort George and Lheidli T'enneh Nation co-host the 2026 NCLGA AGM & Convention.

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That Council ENDORSES resolutions number 1, 2 and 3 as proposed within the report dated February 13, 2025 from the Chair of the Standing Committee on Intergovernmental Affairs titled, “Resolution Recommendations for the 2025 NCLGA Annual General Meeting”; and DIRECTS staff to submit these resolutions to the 2025 NCLGA Annual General Meeting for consideration.

    1. deleting Appendix “A” in its entirety and replacing it with a new Appendix “A”, attached to the staff report dated February 4, 2025 from the Director of Planning and Development as “Amended Appendix “A” to Bylaw No. 9513”, and
    2. deleting section 1a in its entirety and replacing it with:
