  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That Council AMENDS the agenda for the regular meeting of Council scheduled for May 11, 2020, by adding two items of correspondence received regarding agenda item C.1: 1440 Taylor Drive Road Closure Bylaw No. 9117, 2020, and that the agenda, BE ADOPTED AS AMENDED.

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That the attached minutes of the regular Council meeting held April 27, 2020 and special Council meeting held April 30, 2020, be adopted as read on this day and that such minutes as read set out all of the business before Council at those meetings and fully and properly record all of the resolutions and bylaws passed and adopted by Council at those meetings.

    THAT Council:

    2. GIVES First Reading to “City of Prince George Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 8383, 2011, Amendment Bylaw No. 9118, 2020.”
    3. CONSIDERS “City of Prince George Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 8383, 2011, Amendment Bylaw No. 9118, 2020”, in conjunction with the current Financial Plan and confirm there are no issues.
    4. CONSIDERS “City of Prince George Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 8383, 2011, Amendment Bylaw No. 9118, 2020”, in conjunction with the current Regional District of Fraser Fort-George Solid Waste Management Plan and confirm there are no issues.
