  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That the agenda for the regular meeting of Council scheduled for February 8, 2021, be amended to add two items of correspondence at agenda items F.9 and F.10, and that the agenda, BE ADOPTED AS AMENDED.

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That the attached minutes of the regular Council meeting held January 11, 2021 and the regular Council budget meetings held January 25 and 27, 2021, be adopted as read on this day and that such minutes as read set out all of the business before Council at those meetings and fully and properly record all of the resolutions and bylaws passed and adopted by Council at those meetings.

    2. AUTHORIZES the City of Prince George Financial Officer and Acting City Manager to sign grant funding application documents and any resulting contract documents should grant approval be received.
