  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That the agenda for the regular meeting of Council scheduled for November 9, 2020, BE ADOPTED.

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That the attached minutes of the regular Council meeting held October 19, 2020, be adopted as read on this day and that such minutes as read set out all of the business before Council at that meeting and fully and properly record all of the resolutions and bylaws passed and adopted by Council at that meeting.

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That Council:

    1. AMENDS the expiration date of Councillor McConnachie’s current term on the Prince George Public Library Board from December 31, 2020 to November 30, 2020; and

       

    2. NOMINATES and APPOINTS one of its members to serve on the Prince George Public Library Board for a one-year term beginning December 1, 2020 and ending November 30, 2021.
  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That Council APPROVES the 2021 Council Meeting Calendar, as attached to the report dated November 2, 2020, from the Acting City Manager, titled “2021 Council Meeting Schedule”.

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That Council RECEIVES FOR INFORMATION the report dated October 22, 2020, from the Director of Community Services and Public Safety, titled “Aquatic Operations Fall 2020 Update During COVID-19.”

  • RECOMMENDATION:

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That Council AUTHORIZES Administration to submit a funding application to the Province of British Columbia’s Sector Labour Market Partnerships program for the development of a Prince George Forest Cluster Development Strategy and Action Plan and if the application is successful, AUTHORIZES the General Manager of Planning and Development and the Director of Finance to sign any necessary funding agreements.

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That Council:

    1. GIVES FIRST READING to “City of Prince George Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 8383, 2011, Amendment Bylaw No. 9154, 2020.”
    2. CONSIDERS “City of Prince George Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 8383, 2011, Amendment Bylaw No. 9154, 2020”, in conjunction with the current Financial Plan and confirm there are no issues.
    3. CONSIDERS “City of Prince George Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 8383, 2011, Amendment Bylaw No. 9154, 2020”, in conjunction with the current Regional District of Fraser Fort-George Solid Waste Management Plan and confirm there are no issues.
