City of Prince George Zoning Bylaw No. 7850, 2007, Amendment Bylaw No. 9536, 2025

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That Council GIVES FIRST AND SECOND READING of “City of Prince George Zoning Bylaw No. 7850, 2007, Amendment Bylaw No. 9536, 2025”.

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That Council PERMITS that consideration of Final Reading of proposed Bylaw No. 9536, 2025 BE WITHHELD until the following requirements have been met to the satisfaction of Administration:

    1. Receipt of security in the amount of 120% of the cost of the landscaping and bicycle parking works identified on the landscape plan.

    In addition, any recommendations presented in the preceding items must be addressed to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning and Development.

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That Council APPROVES the financial terms of the CN Centre Naming Rights – Renewal Agreement for the renewal term commencing on April 1, 2025 and ending on March 31, 2030, as outlined in the report “2025 CN Centre Naming Renewal” dated March 24, 2025 from the Director of Civic Facilities and Events, and authorizes the Director of Civic Facilities and Events to execute any agreements as necessary to accomplish that renewal. 

MANAGER OF LEGISLATIVE SERVICES/CORPORATE OFFICER - ETHAN ANDERSON
  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That Council RECEIVES FOR INFORMATION the Corporate Officer Certificate of Insufficiency dated March 4, 2025 regarding the petition in support of the Fox Drive Road Paving Local Area Service, attached to the report dated March 4, 2025 from the Manager of Legislative Services/Corporate Officer, titled “Fox Drive Road Paving Local Area Service (LAS) Petition Results.”

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That Council APPROVES the Committee of the Whole decisions made at the March 5, 2025 Committee of the Whole Meeting, as attached to the report dated March 6, 2025 from the Manager of Legislative Services/Corporate Officer titled “Committee of the Whole Decisions – March 5, 2025.”

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That Council AMENDS the 2025 Council Meeting Calendar by rescheduling the April 28, 2025 regular Council meeting to April 23, 2025.
