  That the minutes of the Prince George Heritage Commission meeting held January 8, 2026 be adopted as read on this day and that such minutes as read set out all the business before the commission at that meeting and fully and properly record all of the resolutions passed by the commission at that meeting.

• RECOMMENDATION #1:

  That the Prince George Heritage Commission NOMINATES AND APPOINTS one of its members as Chair for the term beginning March 12, 2026 and ending February 28, 2027.

• RECOMMENDATION #2:

  That the Prince George Heritage Commission NOMINATES AND APPOINTS one of its members as Vice-Chair for the term beginning March 12, 2026 and ending February 28, 2027.

Up to six (6) members may be appointed to each of the following working groups:

1. Heritage Register
2. Heritage Interpretive Signs
3. Community Outreach and Education

• RECOMMENDATION:

  That the Prince George Heritage Commission APPOINTS members to the following working groups: Heritage Buildings/Heritage Register; Heritage Interpretive Signs; Community Outreach and Education; and Networking and Capacity Building.
