  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That the agenda for the March 13, 2025 meeting of the Prince George Heritage Commission, BE ADOPTED.

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That the minutes of the Prince George Heritage Commission meeting held December 12, 2024 be adopted as read on this day and that such minutes as read set out all the business before the commission at that meeting and fully and properly record all of the resolutions passed by the commission at that meeting.

    That the Prince George Heritage Commission RECEIVES FOR INFORMATION the presentation regarding an "Overview of Committees, Commissions, and Boards" as attached to the March 13, 2025 commission meeting agenda.

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That the Prince George Heritage Commission NOMINATES AND APPOINTS one of its members as Chair and one of its members as Vice-Chair for the term beginning March 13, 2025 and ending February 28, 2026.

    That the Prince George Heritage Commission APPOINTS members to the following working groups: Heritage Buildings/Heritage Register; Heritage Interpretive Signs; Community Outreach and Education; and Networking and Capacity Building.

    That the Prince George Heritage Commission RECEIVES FOR INFORMATION the report dated February 27, 2025 from the Heritage Commission Staff Liaison, titled "Heritage Register Nominations - Update."

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That the Prince George Heritage Commission RECEIVES FOR INFORMATION the report dated February 27, 2025 and Heritage in Prince George PowerPoint Presentation from the Heritage Commission Chair, as attached to the March 13, 2025 committee meeting agenda.
