  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That the agenda for the February 12, 2024 Standing Committee on Intergovernmental Affairs meeting, BE ADOPTED.

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That the minutes of the Standing Committee on Intergovernmental Affairs meeting held January 15, 2024 be adopted as read on this day and that such minutes as read set out all the business before the committee at that meeting and fully and properly record all of the resolutions passed by the committee at that meeting.

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That the Standing Committee on Intergovernmental Affairs RECEIVE FOR INFORMATION the report dated January 26, 2024 and titled "2024 NCLGA Resolution Submissions. 

    That the Standing Committee on Intergovernmental Affairs RECOMMENDS to Council the proposed resolution contained within report dated January 26, 2024 and titled “2024 NCLGA Resolution Submissions” as related to taxation on school district property for submission to NCLGA.

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That the Standing Committee on Intergovernmental Affairs RECEIVE FOR INFORMATION the report dated January 26, 2024 and titled, Conversation on the City of Prince George Reconciliation Framework.” 

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That the Standing Committee on Intergovernmental Affairs DIRECTS staff to send draft 2023 Union of British Columbia Municipalities ministerial meeting follow-up letters to the designated recipients as attached to the report dated January 26, 2024 and titled “2023 UBCM Follow up Report.” 

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That the Standing Committee on Intergovernmental Affairs RECEIVE FOR INFORMATION the report dated February 1, 2024 and titled “Updates to the Committee Work Plan and Calendar.” 

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That there being no further business, the meeting of the Standing Committee on Intergovernmental Affairs BE ADJOURNED.
