Adoption of Minutes - October 14, 2025

• RECOMMENDATION:

  That the minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting held October 14, 2025 BE ADOPTED as read on this day and that such minutes as read set out all of the business before the Committee of the Whole at that meeting and fully and properly record all of the resolutions passed by the Committee of the Whole at that meeting.

Limited Duration Operating Grant Applications Recommendations Summary 2026

• RECOMMENDATION:

  That the Committee of the Whole RECOMMENDS that Council approves the 2026–2027 Limited Duration Operating Grant funding allocations, in the amount of $131,576 as outlined in the report dated February 17, 2026, from the Director of Civic Facilities and Events, titled “Limited Duration Operating Grant Proposed Recommendations Summary 2026”.

Annual Reporting Existing Multiyear Funding Grant Agreements

• RECOMMENDATION:

  That the Committee of the Whole:

  1. RECEIVES FOR INFORMATION the summary of annual reporting and requests for existing multiyear funding grant agreement holders, outlined in the February 17, 2026 report from the Director of Civic Facilities and Events titled “Annual Reporting Existing Multiyear Funding Grant Agreements”; and
  2. DIRECTS Administration on next steps.

  That there being no further business the Committee of the Whole meeting, BE ADJOURNED.
