COMMENCEMENT

RECOMMENDATION:
That the agenda for the January 16, 2025 meeting of the Advisory Committee on Accessibility and Inclusion, BE ADOPTED.

RECOMMENDATION:
That the minutes of the Advisory Committee on Accessibility and Inclusion meeting held October 17, 2024 be adopted as read on this day and that such minutes as read set out all the business before the committee at that meeting and fully and properly record all of the resolutions passed by the committee at that meeting.

RECOMMENDATION #1:
That the Advisory Committee on Accessibility and Inclusion APPROVES the draft report titled: “Advisory Committee on Accessibility and Inclusion 2024 Annual Report”, from the Chair dated February 26, 2025.
RECOMMENDATION #2:
That the Advisory Committee on Accessibility and Inclusion APPROVES the draft report titled: “Key Insights on Public Accessibility 2024 Data Analysis Report”, to be included as an attachment to the 2024 annual report to Council.
RECOMMENDATION #3:
That the Advisory Committee on Accessibility and Inclusion APPROVES the draft 2025 Work Plan as attached to the report titled "Advisory Committee on Accessibility and Inclusion 2024 Annual Report" from the Chair, dated February 26, 2025.

All reports, information items and associated background documents to be submitted to Legislative Services before 12pm, Monday, April 7, 2025.
