• RECOMMENDATION:

  That the minutes of the regular Council meeting held December 5, 2023, BE ADOPTED as read on this day and that such minutes as read set out all of the business before Council at that meeting and fully and properly record all of the resolutions passed by Council at that meeting.

  That the Committee RECEIVES FOR INFORMATION the presentation for the May 8, 2024 Committee of the Whole by Downtown Prince George regarding the Downtown Prince George Tax Levy Bylaw.

• RECOMMENDATION:

  That the Committee of the Whole REFERS the report dated April 10, 2024 and titled, “Downtown Business Improvement Area Bylaw No. 8929, 2018” as well as the presentation provided by Downtown Prince George to Council for consideration and decision.
