RECOMMENDATION:

That Council APPROVES the capital project deferrals shown on Appendix “A” attached to the report from the Director of Finance to the Standing Committee on Finance and Audit dated April 16, 2020, titled “Financial Update and Response to COVID-19 Pandemic Impacts”, and that the 2020 – 2024 Capital Plan be AMENDED accordingly.
RECOMMENDATION:

That Council APPROVES the proposed funding source changes for certain capital projects as set out in Appendix “B” attached to the report from the Director of Finance to the Standing Committee on Finance and Audit dated April 16, 2020, titled “Financial Update and Response to COVID-19 Pandemic Impacts”, and that the applicable Capital Plans be AMENDED accordingly.
RECOMMENDATION:
That Council APPROVES the discontinuation of Mayor and Council's 2020 cost of living increase, effective May 1, 2020.

RECOMMENDATION:
That Council APPROVES a 0.88% tax levy increase for 2020.
RECOMMENDATION:
That Council:
1. RECEIVES information concerning the revenue and expense impacts of closing the Four Seasons Leisure Pool for the remainder of 2020; and
2. DIRECTS administration to bring a report to Council when the Four Seasons Leisure Pool is permitted to reopen.
