    That the agenda for the regular meeting of Council scheduled for March 28, 2022 is amended by adding three (3) items of correspondence at agenda item C.8, and that the agenda, BE ADOPTED AS AMENDED.

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That the attached minutes of the regular Council meeting held March 14, 2022, BE ADOPTED as read on this day and that such minutes as read set out all of the business before Council at that meeting and fully and properly record all of the resolutions and bylaws passed and adopted by Council at that meeting.

  • RECOMMENDATION #1:

  • RECOMMENDATION #2:

    That Council PERMITS that consideration of Final Reading of proposed Bylaw No. 9274, 2021 BE WITHHELD until the following requirements have been met to the satisfaction of Administration:

    1. Receipt of confirmation that Lots 11 and 12, Block 160, District Lot 343, Cariboo District, Plan 1268 have been consolidated;
    2. Receipt of a landscaping plan and security in the amount of 120% of the cost of the landscaping works identified on the landscaping plan;
    3. Receipt of a paving plan and security in the amount of 120% of the cost of the paving works identified on the parking and paving plan; and
    4. Receipt of Servicing Brief.
